A new Stroud Township plaza is set to break ground on Route 611 this spring. Legend Properties is opening a four-lot space called Plaza 611 that will be located next to the Sonic drive in restaurant. Two of the spaces in the plaza are expected to be Chick-fil-A and Taco Bell restaurants. Legend Properties Chief Executive Officer Jim DePetris said the other two plaza spaces are still available and could be used for retail professional or medical use.
